Ron, the Image Resource > Photo Clipart is downloaded locally when you right click on Image Resources folder. You can collect all your acquired clipart, form any source, and store in a local folder....

There is clipart in Image Resources > Photo Clipart.

For anything more meaningful, use Pixabay directly, or similar.
