Seems like the problem might be in the WebServer, that you are using or you browse directly the .HTM files?

Yes, this is great to have, but we should have it directly from Xara.
I thought the idea of Xara was to build a website, without the need of HTML/CSS skills :(

Xara does support such effect, but for the Pop-Up photos, however I'm not sure, if such can be applied and if it will work on videos

You can try CTRL+F5, but in case it doesn't help, check your layersfor any leftovers :)
