I usually don't like "splashy" web sites. But that's your business, and your imagination shines brightly.

Your spelling is terrible, but very clean and doesn't intimidate the visitor as so many do.

And use "career-coaching" (with a hyphen, no quotes) for the filename if this is a landing page for search engines, per Google
