    what I did was uninstall version 18 and 19 completely - and then reinstall ver 19 with the current installer [uk] which is not german

    no longer have ver 18 but don't need both

    if it is the servers playing up in your location it may sort its self out before too long...

    it's likely not going to be a critical update as it has not been announced, it may be bug fixes

    lots of issues have been reported with the magix 18=>19 update, but I thought they had been fixed....

    maybe it is a server thing as [I think] you are in north america like john

    sometimes you just have to do it

    my cintiq pro has been as good as gold since i bought it 2018, only one issue - fan noise

    up until a few months ago never heard the fans, they were set on 'low'...
