I guess maybe, something just happend to your printer driver.

Or you may want to try this little step.

a. 'group' all the object you want to print
b. convert them into 300 dpi RGB...

I would suggest you just to trace the logo.
I know it'll be need a more complicated job, but the result is more worth it.

But, if you insist the make it in spot color separation, you may try...

a. make a shape exactly like the bitmap you want.
b. make the bitmap "fit to" the shape that you was created.
