Well as far as i know PS can export paths to Illustrator (in theory) so that should be some kind of exporting to vector?

Well the shadow does become a bitmap but open it in AI10 and in 90% of cases you'll see the bitmap is just a grey/black square in AI.

Yeah thanks but that's not solution as i need to export it to a *vector* file (.eps, .ai).
