Sorry but Pro has always been the flagship product as far back as Xara Designer Pro 3.2.
It does make sense to use the trial period of Xara Web Designer Premium v16 in the interregnum but I think...

I would suggest you were sold out-of-date stock. This explains why you didn't get access to the Website M option either.

joned, aside question, when did you get v15? It seems strange if you are a new customer you were sold v15...
...it might also explain why you were asking about the Website M Option.

joned, are you using the Online Content Catalogue?
Open it (Insert > From Content Catalogue), Search: table in the subfolder Components. There should be 12 tables to choose form.
