It has a brand new 80GB Seagate Barracuda HDD..
It only takes tym to open file from "XYZ" system, this does not happen when i open .cdr files from some other sources....

Yup both the machines have USB 2.0
and i'm not running file directly from USB drive, i 1st copy that file in to my pc and then run it from there...
