All fixed.
I did install as Admin, but UAC was ON.
I set UAC OFF, uninstalled, cleaned the registry (manually ;)), rebooted, reinstalled and now it shows in the menu.

Mine does not show it! I've tried reinstalling... definitely pro version.
Running Vista, Dreamweaver CS3...

In help it says:
"To export your design as HTML, choose Export from the File menu and find "Website (HTML)" in the list of export types. "
Not there; is it a feature not yet released?
