Weird because I acually did this yesterday. Go to start > my documents > and ther should be a folder named "My PSP files." Drag that folder out onto your desktop and then delete PSP and reinstall it....

The only things I can think of is a bug, or not enough memory. I had something similar to that about a week ago and I called up corel, went through some steps, and fixed the bug.
