because the color limited,you must choose the color less than your picture really need,for instance,your picture has 250 color,but you chose 128 color mode,then,it will make over 100 color miss....

it may be use a lot of method,maybe motion blur filter,screen layer mode,etc.many layer comply to

open illustrator,make path, or import path from other software.select the path you want to paste to photoshop,then press crtl+c (copy) ,back to photoshop,paste,then will jump out a messagebox ,there...

May be you try it on window2000.I don't think it slower than 9.
