I think you got a good comic character going. Refine your character up a bit.... then try a 3 or 4 panel strip. You never know, you might get it in print one day.

I think to make it more mouselike.. might try making things stubbier. The long snout and long neck... just seems more rat like. Look at Tom and Jerry. With Jerry, he is just stubby all around.
