Thanks but I don't seem to have that option, it has 3 different A4 layouts, 3 web pages, blank photo and animation on that menu item....

I have to give a slide presentation/talk and find that Photo & Graphic Designer 11 is the best way to create the actual slide images I need. However I can't find a way to export them as a slide show....

Thanks to all, I subsequently figured out one of those workarounds but wasn't sure if I had actually missed or was miss-using a facility in the clipping tool.

No I think it is a normal full keyboard, it's a Samsung NP350V 15" with 12 F keys. However your question just caused me to take a good look at the keyboard - there's a key there I'd never noticed...
