Google Analytics states that it's code needs to be in the Head, not Body:
Copy the following code, then paste it onto every page you want to track immediately before the closing </head> tag

I get the exact same popup when clicking "More Web Designer" --- "Web Desinger Home" & "Online Forum"
IE does not open. Just a popup message window with an OK button. If you need a screenshot I can get one.
