As soon as I put a second item in the header that is a sticky and a stretchy it begins flickering.

Acorn..that does seem to help. For now I'm going to remove the stretchy but I may use your trick...

I didn't do anything, I still get it but when I drag the scroll bar I do not. I only get it when I scroll with my laptop mouse pad.

I am using windows 10 if that makes a difference.

jamesd, Thank you, the links works great. On the ipad there is no scroll bar. There is just the one long amount of text and when it exceeds the page length it disappears.
