Im not sure im following....are you talking about bringing the Dog in front (ie top) of the Mouse Off layer within the Layers...

I was just experimenting with creating a roll over effect with the images but when I preview nothing seems to work.

Im following one of the online tutorial videos about Rollovers with images....but mine doesnt seem to be working...is the trial version of Web Designer limited?

I can understand that but its just a fancy html editor....seems like it should be easy enough to only upload changes in a site....

Im seeing if i can do a workaround by creating my site in Web...
