Jim, I think you need to ask yourself a couple of questions: What would happen if you were to drop dead tomorrow? How would they manage? I am sure they would be able to find someone to take on the...
I can only say what worked for me and I tried many things. WDP uses Internet Explorer as we know. If you have moved up from I.E to Edge, I would suggest trying this (you can revert to Edge later)....
This sounds like a problem I had with no content in the Local Designs Gallery. I tried a lot of things with the help of a support ticket, but I eventually fixed it myself. I won't go over all I did...
Thanks, Ray, I have actually tried that, but the Contents Installer has no connection with the Gallery.
Thanks, Chris, there are no folders in the Designs Gallery at all. It is completely empty.127299
How on earth do you log a ticket with Magix? Ok, figured it out. They don't make it easy do they?
I have since done a system restore and reinstalled WDP but without any luck. I have tried XDPX and WD10 without issue. I have Kaspersky Total Security which does it all. Even Windows Firewall does...
Thanks, tired that but no luck.
Thanks, Acorn, I have seen the articles on this but there is nothing in the Design Gallery to allow me to Download All. I am just wondering if I should uninstall and try reinstalling. AV is not...

Thank you for doing this - it is very much appreciated.
Thank you, Acorn, for the offer.
Thanks, Egg, the site is not in any competitive market so this is not a problem.

Thanks, Gary but I was rather hoping not to go down that route. I recall a few years ago before WD had the function to create responsive sites, that it was possible to create a 480px site separately...
I have a 55-page long website and I would like to create a mobile-friendly website but it does not need to have 55 pages. Is it possible to create a smaller separate website with say 5 or six pages...
Apart from the Painting button, none of the other buttons are functioning. There is indeed a drop-down menu under Paintings which are all working.
I too thought that these were automatic but after contacting my hosting company I was told that I had to set up an htaccess file myself.
Delete the old files from the server first before uploading the new one.
Have you simply grabbed hold of the edge of your browser window and pulled it in. If the RWD is working it will work when you make the browser smaller.
You can just copy and paste directly from the Word document.
In your local folder where you have exported your site. Have you check that it working ok by clicking on the index page. This will open as if live.
When you uploaded the new site, did you also...
