I found it. They moved the skew handles to inside of the selection rectangle. I was mouse-overing on the outside as before.

thats what i'm doing but the handles don't appear. I'm using the latest version of pro (sep 2022). I just tried it on version 18 that i have installed too and everything works as expected....
