I was told there is no resultion at this time and that their programers are aware of the problem. Hopefully, there will be a fix with the next update.

I've been in touch with someone in tech support who tried to get the server issue resolved. I tried everything from uninstalling Webstyle without my firewall and virus protection running, updating...
