Ok, here is a pic of the page with the static tweak added for the background image. It is full screen and the logo and mouse-over buttons are aligned correctly....

Yes the text areas are mostly in image format but I will changing that if I can get the other images to fit properly.

I managed to fix the issue. The graphics were too large and had to use an external program to trim away some excess.

Thats what I mean. There are two buttons created. They are over-lapping some how when you move the mouse over them and they are not working on the index page at all.
