    I'm attaching an illustration of a lens flare. You need to be careful how you use it, because it's several objects in different blend modes, to simulate all the elements in a camera lens.

    If anyone knows how to simulate a lens flare using only Xara's features, please jump in here.

    The same can be done with Contoning in Xara, one might argue that it's even faster than using Photoshop's Gradient Map, which is essentially the same thing in Xara.
