I shut down Designer and restarted and now everything is good. Not sure what happened before but looks good now.

I don't have the new website folders under websites. I also don't see the arrows folder or photo frames folder, unless these are under a different folder and I am not looking in the right spot.

Ok I must be doing something wrong.
I installed the new update. I deleted the old content pack through windows control panel. I installed new content pack and I still have the old layout. Verified...
