Yes PI8 was the culprit for me since my wacom worked with dual monitors running on all my other graphic apps, PP7, PSLE, painter7 and even a demo version of PSP7.

I tried it with PI 6 and the PI 8 trial and everything seems to work fine. It may be the way their demo was set up but it did work then but it doesn't work since I installed the box...

Its a 3rd party plugin fomr AutoFX.

Well I finally got some time to work on PI version of the gears graphic above created in Corel PhotoPaint.
