Automatic Fit does specifically say 100% in the scale box ... that changes to 96% if switched to Best Fit on my system. So it's at least trying to print 100%

I agree with Egg though, a seamless repeating tile is a seamless repeating tile ... making a bigger multiple version of the same thing is pointless.
I'd put the vanishing points on the sheet where you need them (on the guideline layer), then draw the boxes small in the middle to the correct proportion, and the size them up as the last operation....
I know ... I was trying deliberately to make it NOT tile ... I CANNOT.
