Soquili - The image I created in Webster 2D was saved with a .web file extension but it is not recognized by X3D.
I searched the help files of both programs and made sure I was naming the file...
Thanks for your reply again, Egg - Yes, I apparently had installed the plugin from the CD because I have the .xar and .web file extensions listed in the Import file window.

Maybe you were referring to the downlod "CCDist.exe" which specifically deals with importing XAR, WEB and WMF files - I will download it but I'm surprised that I could have an outdated comctl32.dll...
The info with the X3D plugin says it was included with the CD, which is what I got, so it was supposedly fixed when I installed it.
