    HTML or Unformatted

How can I find out in my old 2019 version of Xara Web Designer if I have HTML or Unformatted text?

The reason I am asking this question is that when I eventually upgrade to Windows 11 or 12 along...
  3. Re: Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

I believe you are absolutely right based on my experience. When I was trying to achieve the best picture quality I noticed after publishing the picture quality was poorer than when I was working...
  4. Re: Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

I know that my old version does not have the view quality slider. I'll keep you posted when they get back to me and what they suggest. Thanks again for being there!!
  5. Re: Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

Well, I also thought about all the chats that you and Acorn have been helping me with lately and in the past that it was about time I should upgrade. It just wasn't solely about sharper pictures and...
  6. Re: Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

I'm curious to find out what Xara has to say about a workaround. I'm not sure if it's feasible for me to put out the money for a new PC just to cater to Pro. I still have Xara Web Designer Premium...
  7. Re: Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

Oh yes and thank you for reminding me that there is a very great risk running Windows 7, no updates but I love it except for now that I can't upgrade to Pro.

I purchased it directly from Xara.
  10. Re: Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

  11. Problems Opening Recently Purchased Designer Pro

Is there a phone number for Xara or how I get support for my recently downloaded Xara Designer Pro?

I'm not sure if it will work on a Windows 7 PC.

After my purchase, I downloaded the link and...

  15. Re: Retaining Picture Quality When Uploading to Xara

Sorry about that. Definitely fuzzy. The picture that I'm using is an updated picture of myself that I have on my homepage. Around my eyes, they look condensed or fuzzy. The zipper on my jacket...
  16. Re: Retaining Picture Quality When Uploading to Xara

    Thanks for chiming in!

I did what Acorn and Gary suggested but I don't have Retina in my Placeholder tab.

Now for what I have and...
  17. Re: Retaining Picture Quality When Uploading to Xara

Acorn, Please let me know after you check with your PC. I have followed your Placeholder recommendation but I am still unable to achieve what I'm after.
