Just a quick note to say I emailed the support staff today and had a reply within an hour.

I had found the problem by then ( I needed to disable my firewall to log into xara online) but really...

I cant login to xara online to get the template pack! Everytime I try to log in it says I have timed out, does anyone know why this is happening, or have I just wasted the UK equivalent of $29?
