I've just downloaded it: v13.0.0.253. I've only used it briefly, but it seems to have cured the bugs I've found.

But it won't let you change the area to be selected; only to adjust what has been selected.

Is it possible, after making a selection, to edit that selection? I know I can add or subtract to and from the selection, but can I in some way resize it?

Suddenly (which means I must inadvertently have changed something ;)), whenever I open an image in PSP Photo X2, it opens several times zomed in. How do I get it to open so it just fills the window?
