Name your additional pages: Web Properties>>Page>>Page filename
Then when you export the site, name the first page index.html

Just select the object to repeat, go to Arrange>>Repeat on all pages
XWD will assign it's own name for the repeating object.

Check your .web file, you may have deleted images from the bitmap gallery that were necessary for the site.
