    that depends on why you have two

    go to xara program window menu > control bars

    the simplist solution is to click reset button but that will reset everything [in respect of bar customisation]

    if you want video FX you use a video animation program...

    use the copy frame steps I suggested earlier - in avi it should work fine - you will need some finessing of extra shapes and timing

    personally I would not do this in xara, it's not what it is...

    I'd process the avi through handbrake or such ; I get a file size then of 16.5 KB when I do this to an .m4v [zipped so it will upload]

    don't know about you egg, but it's a long time since I even considered animating in xara - it's a shame that the PDF manual for pro+ still harps on about flash all the time as the only export...

    that may result in a jaggy contour - so instead of cloning, just draw a shape around the perimeter of your hexagon group and use that at the behind instead ?

    you could try

    clone your group of hexagons - ungroup this clone [twice] and then combine the shapes to one shape
    put this behind your oringinal group and apply your contour to this shape

    like I said, the tansformations xara is capable of are limited; as I recall it does not do true morphing of one shape to a different shape at all, so what you are seeing probably reflects that
