Had several problems with DrawX3 running on Windows XP.
Ran the windows compatibility wizard, and made DrawX3 and PhotoPaint X3 use Windows 2000 compatibility mode.
All problems solved, now runs...

I do not understand your problem. I have just done a basic design in drawX3, converted it to a bitmap setting the resolution to 96ppi ( for a PC's monitor), then set width to 900 pixels maintaining...
I think it must be your printer driver or using postscript.
I have no problems with gradient fills in X3, using artistic text as is or converting to curves, and printing to a Canon bubblejet.

Have just done a repair installation, in case any files were corrupt, and tried again, but still no joy....
Following the instructions to the letter as on the attached screen shot, I can not get this function to work for me. Anyone any ideas?

Apologies for my first effort.
I noticed it was reduced in size to fit an A4 sheet.
Attached is a full size one.
Hope the font was not changed as I do not have Bakerville Old Face on my PC.
