I've just updated to a Wacom Cintiq 16 (DTK1660) with Wacom driver driver v 6.3.40.2 and still experience this problem!!!

Thanks for looking into this. I've just updated to Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 16.1.0.56164 DL x64 Feb 14 2019 and still have the problem. Closing and reopening does not fix the issue.
