I think we determined earlier that it was a conflict between wacom drivers and xara, in a win 10 environment... but all info welcome :)

all I have to do for this to occur is to open a new document in xara and click on the new layer button with the cintiq pen [cintiq pro 24 / pro pen 2] - does not happen with mouse

for me it only happens with the cintiq pen.... as in other thread

first thing I would do is try another mouse [even if you are not experiencing issues elsewhere] - the list of things that can go a bit skewy when returning from hibernation is long, and the causes...
