I just acquired Painter IV.5 (Mac). I was playing around with the color sets and it looks like I managed to delete the default Painter color set. I looked in the Color Set folder in the Painter IV...

I got it to work! It needs to be an AI EPS file (I just had it saved as a straight AI file).
