Is it just me or has something happened to Xara's support? I've had a critical issue with Designer Pro 9 for many months. Bugs reported from within the software are being ignored and set to "Closed"...

Update: The patch for version 8.1.2 speeds my 86-page website publication from well over 3 hours to 1.25 hours, so still not the speediest but a huge improvement.

Update: tapping doesn't seem to do anything to resolve the problem. What we have found, though, is that if one types the URL directly into the browser on the iPhone the sites are not shown...
