Finally figured it out - I had to ungroup the circles before it would let me convert to shape, then it worked as expected :)

So highlight grouped circle in colour. clear line and clear fill colour. do convert line to shape and it goes black again. I dont know how to record a video of what im doing but its just not...

Selected the grouped circle on its own and did convert line to shape and its gone all black :eek:

That looks like a good idea, I dont know if it will work but I can certainly try it out. That way I can leave the HTML editing for XWD and keep the code working possibly.
