Hi Ramy88, that exports well. Just import it into Xara, remove the background rectangle, select your text and apply an extrusion.

Then the font you use to create the .psd can also be used in Xara. As HD points out to extrude an object in Xara it needs to be a Vector. You're overcomplicating the issue ;)
