OK - I watched the Pictures movie and discovered I was using the wrong tab in the web properties.
It is working now - yee haw!

Now how do I get all of this on my page?

This is what I have done which doesn't work - how dumb is that?

Import the 'before' image onto the Mouseoff layer.
On Web Propeties > Mouse-over Tab > Show popup layer > MouseOver. Click Apply...

I will give it a try - I was messing with that without success.

It is probably a terminology thing.

At this point I am just trying to get the before/after mouseover to work so I am not working any particular page.

The "cool effect" is simply the before image...
