Maybe it's a graphics card thing. I shut down and rebooted to a new page and it still does it consistently.
Fractal Clouds Never Fixed
Draw a rectangle. Apply a solid fill. Change the fill to Fractal Clouds. This was broken in Designer Pro X and remains broken in Pro+
I think it may have been fixed in Pro X.
