in my ver 19 I still have the download all option by right clicking each folder
if you have to do this item by item then it sounds to me like a good reason to look elsewhere....

that I can't answer for sure, sorry; I feel that there are, but I have never had the need to persue
however there are quite a few members here who visit regularly who should know...

one thing you should do is make full use of the trial period - coming from ver 11 you will notice a lot of changes to the UI and object handling, some of which are intuitive and some not so much......
