No, still nothing. Sorry I had tried that also before I posted before. Does the uninstall completely remove the program or are their fragments I need to remove manually before trying another install?

I have the most recent version of WebDesigner and yet every time I go to New Designs Gallery (sp?) it won't open. It acts like the link is not clickable. It does absolutely nothing. I cannot access...
