The UK support is crap as well if the problem is too complicated they just ignore it hoping you will go away and die somewhere, not this man, I am going to wear them down somehow.

I have been in contact with the Xara Support team for over 6 months regarding this problem which comes and goes, usually cured by uninstalling and reinstalling the software, it hasn't worked this...
