I had downloaded the svg filters a while back. I have read a bit. And, I have messed up my install a couple times trying out various theories:D
I do what I can, hopefully, one of these...

1785 is junk. Use 1783, I have run into no bugs with it as of yet. You have to "build" an .svg filter
Now, a friend of mine did this (his first rpm) but we can't seem to figure out why it does not...
