Dumb question with probably an easy fix!

Is there any command in D7P to get the nav bar to auto (or manually) fit the full width of the page? It just looks a bit odd and I can`t seem to find the...

The problem I have is with publishing the website whether its through Filezilla or D7P`s option in `file`. Pictures seem to FTP...
