how many other computers have you installed this program version on - two is the maximum - check in your magix account, and if you have two other computers activated for this program you will need to deactivate one first
What is 'XEP16' ?
xdp16 I assume - d and e are next to each other on the keyboard....
Larry, just in case, did you take a look at this Magix support page: https://www.magix.com/us/support/technical-support.
This page may also be useful: https://www.magix.info/us/support.
If you login, you can also ask for help from support. You may need a new activation code or serial number.
I would still look on the magix site and see how many times it says it has been installed as it had my laptop showing twice. I had to deactivate one so I could install on my new laptop. Not sure how it could show the same computer twice but it did!!!!
