I have Designer Pro with supposedly updates as and when. Every time I open Designer I get a panel asking me to update to Designer 17. There are no updates available for my current version , so my question is, what are they trying to sell me at £129 that I haven't already got?
Today I have started to get update pop-ups as well in XP&GD...

Xara/Magix really have lost the plot.
Derek - The version 17 is not available though the normal channels (Help > Look for Updates). You have to download it. No logical reason that I am aware of.
