Reveal/scroll animation?

I would like to set a scroll animation on the header/top picture of my website so that scrolling the text upward shrinks the image, but this would not work on full width objects?
My version is XWD premium 15.1

Not sure what you are after. Something like this?
It uses some CSS at the page head to mess around with ALL stick to top elements, so use with caution. ;)

Isn't that a simple parallax effect?

Maybe you accidentally selected the stick to top option in your example, and that's why you thought it doesn't work?
