What software do you have?
Use a cube primitive object, adjust the dimensions equal to those of your cushion, soften the edges. Apply your texture.
Or, I downloaded this free model from Sketchup's 3D warehouse. You could do something like that as well.

I have blender and photoshop.Do I need to have other softwares too?
Do you think I need to make a 3d model or uv map or both?
Sorry for the delay.

This isn't the place to learn about 3D design. The questions that you ask show you have a journey ahead, so seek out some Blender 3D forums/tutorials.
It's going to take you some time to get to grips with 3D and even longer to do it well.

You could look at curvy 3d
Curvy3d.com
Look on youtube. There is some tutorials there. One in particular shows making a 3D bunny from a photo. It's not free, I got it in a Cool creative bundle.

Something like this?

If so... Just squash a cube and slap your texture on it.
I'm sure Blender can do this...

He said he was a web developer, so he would probably be looking something that was interactive and the model would update on the fly, instead of just showing prerendered images according to the choices that were made. I am no programmer and only casual modeller, so can not help with this as I could show how to model and texture things but know nothing about the part how to get those working in interactive form inside web browser.
From quick Googling, something like this would maybe be of some help: https://dev.opera.com/articles/intro...-2-porting-3d/
