Website creation apps?

And go....

We run a residential complex, and have decided to create a website for such... between loops in getting online registrations, etc, this has somewhat become a frustrating situation for me/us, for whatever reason? I certainly can't imagine someone older and less capable to be able to figure this all out. We have decided to go with the combo of Xara Web Designer, as well, have ordered Micrografx Webtricity for primarily for Windows Draw...

This said, what are you all using, and for what reason's? Thanks
