Animation properties "timer"

Could you please add a drop-down to the Speed and Delay bars (Animation Properties) in which you can type in the Delay - like 0.25s or 0.7s - trying to do this accurately dragging the pointer is impossible. This is definitely needed if you are doing say, a lot of images in one area.

Another orphaned feature. The animation effects menu needs serious work but after saying this many times over the years, my guess is it is not going to happen.
